Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns after 7-up to 45 days are not eligible for a refund, however store credit will be issued pending:
To be eligible for a store credit your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case of exchange, item that will be exchanged must be of equal value and are eligible pending inspection process of returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund / exchange after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If your exchange is approved, item chosen equal value will be shipped.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Purchase made for a gift are eligible for gallery/ store credit or exchange of equal or lesser value. Items of lesser value will receive a gallery/ store credit for remaining balance.
